Design and Features

• Color and Design: The shirt is predominantly royal blue with white and red trim. It features subtle pinstripe detailing across the front panel and has a round neck.

• Manufacturer and Sponsor: The kit was manufactured by Adidas, and the main shirt sponsor was Samsung, whose moniker was proudly displayed across the chest in white lettering.

• Technology: The kit incorporated Adidas’s ClimaCool technology, a blend of heat and moisture-controlling materials for breathability, and the authentic playing shirts also featured TechFit technology, designed to enhance performance by stabilizing and focusing muscle energy.

• Crest: The club crest and the Adidas logo were embroidered onto the chest.

• Sleeve Details: The shoulders featured a white mesh material with blue Adidas tri-stripes. For Premier League matches, a white Premier League emblem was worn on the sleeves. 

Historic Significance

The 2011/12 home kit is a fan favorite because it represents one of the most successful and memorable seasons in Chelsea’s history. While the team finished sixth in the Premier League, they displayed incredible fighting spirit to win an unlikely double:
