Kit design and details

• Colors: The jersey is a light “Team Gold” with accents of “Persian Violet” and black. The color scheme is a direct tribute to the colors of the Los Angeles Lakers, Kobe’s former team.

• Kobe Sheath logo: For the first time in FC Barcelona’s history, the Nike Swoosh has been replaced on an official team jersey by another Nike sub-brand’s logo. The Kobe Sheath logo is featured prominently on the chest, along with the team crest and the Spotify sponsor logo.

• Snakeskin texture: Both the Barça badge and the Kobe Sheath logo feature a 3D snakeskin texture, a nod to Kobe’s “Black Mamba” nickname.

• Shorts and socks: The accompanying shorts are black with purple and snakeskin-patterned details. The socks are black with “Barça” written in violet.

Mamba Mentality” partnership

• • Shared philosophy: The partnership was forged by Nike, bringing together Barça’s football philosophy and Kobe Bryant’s relentless drive for excellence. The design and accompanying marketing campaign are based on the idea that for both Barça and Kobe, “good enough” is never enough.

• Lifestyle collection: A full “Mamba Collection” of co-branded lifestyle gear, including tracksuits, pre-game apparel, and footwear, was also released.

Release and debut

• Availability: The kit and collection became available on July 29, 2025.

• First match: The Barcelona first team officially debuted the away kit on July 31, 2025, in a friendly against FC Seoul.
